  • Added new alert for parsed leads that include an attempt to send an FDD to a prospect in an unapproved area — will now alert the Lead Owner that the FDD did not send to the prospect because they are in an unapproved state.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed edge case for accessing approved FDDs.

Zorzees Version 2.14.1

Over the coming weeks we expect a number of rapid releases as we fine-tune performance of our backend systems and increase our product speed. There’s no reason to hold back these benefits from all of you!

Core Product Enhancements

  • Performance improvements: Backend changes to optimize updating data in the product.
  • For clients utilizing the Unit Name field, this field is now accessible as a linked column on our main reporting screens. It will take you directly to that unit’s information: deal, timelines, checklists, deadlines… you name it!

Operate + Inspect

  • Removed the limit on adding employees and managers for our training modules. Now, it’s unlimited learners for every unit.

Bug Fixes

  • First + last name was missing in some cases on the Contacts tab in reporting.
  • Pinning columns in reporting was not failing gracefully — now looks good when client data is not populated.
  • Fixed issue where MS Edge was not allowing employees to be added to Staff page.

Zorzees Version 2.14

These are exciting times in the remote offices of Zorzees these days as our team works tirelessly to bring the next iteration of our platform to life. Our new interface is bound to save users plenty of timing managing their franchise information, and we’ve been able to include a few extra features in other modules as well. Version 2.14 released today includes minor enhancements:

Core Product Enhancements

  • Enhanced the Billing section to provide additional information about our monthly services to our clients.
  • The Request Appointment functionality is enhanced to capture 10 more fields for brands looking to give their franchisees a way to pull in end customer prospects.

Franchise + Sell

  • Clients using the beta version of our panels can now send the FDD directly from the panel!

Build + Open

  • Recruiting module now includes fields for job summary, responsibilities/duties, and qualifications/skills.
  • Recruiting module now includes configurable fields for catching additional candidate information from job candidates.

Grow + Earn

  • The performance on initiating one-time ACH transactions is dramatically improved.

Bug Fixes

  • Saving new social profiles was temporarily disabled and can now be saved again.
  • The performance on the Reporting page when searching for data was slow; issue identified and fixed.
  • The Open Deadline field for units was not populating in some reporting screens; issue fixed.

Zorzees Version 2.13

Performance is the name of the game in version 2.13 of our platform. We sped up our Reporting screens with more performance enhancements coming in Q1 2023. Version 2.13 was packed with other small enhancements and bug fixes below. We hope to see you at the IFA conference in Las Vegas in February!

Core Product Enhancements

  • Added numerous headings on units and locations to make identifying content easier — this will be very important as we roll more clients on to the beta version of our software.
  • Further enhanced beta panels by dedicating notes in the right column.
  • Added merge tag to immediately view profile for notifications to profile updates.
  • Zees and area developers can now access their units’ employee profiles
  • Changed “info” to “summary” for units to more accurately reflect what the tab is.
  • Increased default font size on Reporting page.
  • Further automated billing to provide details around monthly invoices.
  • Added onboarding checklists for internal users.

Franchise + Sell

  • Now allowing no default lead owner for areas, meaning the brand’s default lead owner will be used in any case where a lead owner is not specified.

Grow + Earn

  • Removed ability for zees to Disconnect their business from ACH — will require franchisor granting.
  • For clients using Booker as POS, set up alerts for any disconnected servers.
  • Clarified document requirements when enrolling a business in ACH payments — some require JPG, some require PDF.
  • Automated failed ACH fee on a per transaction basis.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where download icons were not enabled as links on Operations pages.
  • Fixed issue where franchise news was not accessible by both news list links.
  • Fixed layout issue of franchising progress bar for “Let’s Talk” step.
  • Removed irrelevant “publish” box on Payments page.
  • Corrected Dwolla time stamps on ACH enrollments to be client-centric.
  • Fixed bug where revenue reports were beginning at calendar year start date instead of first date of actual revenue.
  • Fixed issue where royalties could not be recalculated from the unit page in some cases.
  • Fixed issue where responsive grids were not laying out correctly.

Zorzees Version 2.12

The theme for this pre-holiday release is streamlining operations. We included a number of internal enhancements to make it easier to manage our clients’ billing, which leaves more time to help with anything else they need. Have a great rest of 2022 everyone, and we will see you in 2023!

Core Product Enhancements

  • We now have the capability to provide invoice summaries by invoice category, making it much easier to understand any bills.
  • All pages from our reporting screen now launch with the same browser tab to simplify the user experience.
  • Unit owner phone numbers and email address are now available as exportable columns in our reporting instead of viewing the phone/email on the profiles or contact screens.
  • We released a beta version of our new user panels — this is the future of our software — and we are ecstatic to open up the functionality to a few friendly clients.
  • Document uploads to any part of the product can now trigger email alerts to anyone. This was available previously, but we now provide more granular control over which documents can trigger alerts and who can receive them.

Franchise + Sell

  • We added franchisee as a referral lead source.

Grow + Earn

  • Plaid Integration — we released an integration with banking authentication provider Plaid. It is now even easier for clients to enroll their businesses in ACH payments and directly sync up their bank accounts through our technology. Simply select your bank and provide your credentials on our Plaid interface — Plaid does the rest to bring in all of your account information. You then select which account to use for payment transfers.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where incorrect user data was being pulled in on some history tabs.
  • Added line breaks to support ticket requests.
  • The merchant ID is now validating for clients using Mind and Body’s Booker POS system.
  • Our guided product tours were disabled temporarily due to an integration upgrade that was pending — this is now live and tours are back.
  • Exporting reports as CSV’s are now preserving column order and showing owner names instead of IDs.

Zorzees Version 2.11

Increased security and CRM enhancements will be taking center stage in the next few releases for Zorzees. In V2.11 which released today, we unified our login pages to reduce the risk of malicious attacks on our product and began fixing finding from third-party security assessments.

CRM Enhancements

  • New instructions provide more clear directions for prospects about to digitally acknowledge they received the FDD or complete the full prospect application.
  • Outbound SMS messages and phone calls to/from prospects are now automatically captured in the prospect history.
  • Improved the legibility of embedded FDDs as PDFs for anyone who zooms via their browser controls.
  • A prospects net worth is now automatically calculated along with total assets, total liabilities and income sources — no more math!

Security Enhancements

  • A new, unified login page provides fewer entry points for malicious attackers.
  • During ACH enrollment, we’ve now added Plaid as an extra layer of security between the Zorzees platform and our users’ bank accounts. It’s a superior user experience, and our users are becoming more familiar with Plaid each day as they increase their market penetration.

Other Enhancements

  • Standardized the way users are created in the platform across all user creation screens so that first name, last name, and email address will be forever consistent.
  • Royalty collection tables now include the period (next, current, last) for the royalty or fee in order to assist with reporting.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where resetting a passphrase twice in a row would catch a user in an endless loop.
  • Fixed issue where full application sent date was not always captured.
  • Fixed issue where updates to applications were not appearing in user/application history.
  • Fixed issue where green check mark was showing for bank accounts even though the bank account was not validated yet.

zorzees version 2.10

Zorzees V2.10 is especially exciting for Franchise Sales CRM users. They can now send outbound drip campaigns via SMS text messages! This large feature is in pilot mode for the next month prior to a general release for all lead owners. Stay tuned for an update from your Client Success Manager for the timing on when you can be onboarded to the feature.

Enhancements

  • CRM Enhancements
    • SMS drip campaigns! This feature has been requested by many CRM users, and we are excited to roll it out in a limited capacity for the next 30 days in pilot mode. Broader roll out coming soon.
    • SMS notifications via email. Lead owners are now notified via email when a prospect replies via SMS text message to their drip campaign using the Zorzees mobile phone number. Keeps your personal phone number private.
    • Brand-specific outgoing voicemail message. For prospect who dial a lead owner’s Zorzees phone number, we’ve created a standard outgoing voicemail message that includes the brand’s name. It informs the prospect that replying directly via SMS instead of voice is preferred and that voicemail will not be recorded.
    • Lead Progress Bar – Quickly scan your leads with an easy-to-see visual indicator to know their progress.
    • Full Application at Any Time – Lead owners can now trigger the full application at any time in the lead flow instead of requiring it prior to sending the FDD.
    • Better UX. When FDDs are made available to existing users of our platform, it is now easier to access the FDD with a large notification on login. The style of drop-down menus on the Item 23 receipt is now large for an improved user experience. When the FDD and full application are sent at one time, now only one email is sent to the prospect letting them know to complete their full application.
    • Improved tracking. The date full applications are sent to prospects are now tracked in the platform under the prospect’s history.
  • Platform now provides the ability to send unlimited attachments in system-generated alerts.
  • The user profile has been simplified to keep it as user-friendly as possible.
  • Updated default field styles to make them more user-friendly across the entire platform for any public-facing website pages.
  • Brand-specific unit types are now reflected on the prospect confirmation page by default.
  • Improved experience for prospects who have lost their passphrase or are logging in for the first time.
  • Negative transactions are now indicated with parentheses for simpler, quicker scanning of any deposits that are reconciled.
  • Zorzees.com website received some minor facelift items to make it easier to learn about our service offering.
  • Check our new Zorzees.com “What’s Happening” section to get the latest socials, blogs and product updates from Zorzees. We look forward to continuing our accelerated growth this year!
